#1 "I chose Ms. Hare as my Real Estate agent when I bought my house in 2005 for a professional transfer. I chose her again to sell the same house in 2009 for another transfer in Ontario. I must say I received awesome service from her as she does more than only selling/buying a house. She organized a tour of the region, explained and showed all the other alternatives possible. As I was from another province, she even visited properties for me with a digital camera and used the Internet to facilitate the process. She provided me with all information required for any and all the other professional requirements for such a transaction, including a contractor and a cleaning firm. A good real estate agent helps you to buy/sell a house. An excellent real estate agent shows you all your possibilities and does not hesitate to provide more than a simple buying/selling service.

Many agents provide a good service. Excellence is providing the extra mile. Many do not. She does.

We really need to thank you for your patience and all the help you have given us. Of course this being our first home we were completely in the dark on the process and well you were the light at the end of the tunnel, and the photo is the cherry on top.
